The client launched this inaugural fundraising event after two years of delays from COVID-19 and was the first in-person event that many members of the organization would attend. We needed to present hopeful and celebratory communications to promote the first event and communicate the fun and casual atmosphere the client was trying to create.
The content for the event included:
- New logo design
- Save date postcard and EDM
- Mailed invitation with reply card
- Sponsorship opportunities flier
- Landing and registration page
- Video display screens for sponsors
- Event posters
- Online event program
This campaign launched a successful first event, with 300 attendees and overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients and guests.
